Peter Heissler became involved in the music scene eight years ago when he belonged to a Broadway-type of entertainment group called the Silver Stars Review. He learned to play the chromonica (a type of harmonica). Peter is a member of several choirs. Six years ago he formed Peter and Pals. As a group they play around Calgary for retirement centers, hospitals, private parties, and nursing homes. They do approximately 16 shows a month.
Although he has had numerous musicians in the group, presently the band is composed of:

A highlight for Peter and Pals career is to have played for the Prime Minister of Canada, The Rt. Hon. Stephen Harper, at a 2006 Stampede Breakfast.
