Jesse is a young, up and coming singer-songwriter sensation who debuted his singing talents in 2003 at the Pincher Creek Cowboy Gathering. He has continued to perform and entertain audiences throughout Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and B.C.
He recorded his first CD in 2004 and in 2006 recorded his second CD. His first CD has already received air time on several radio stations in Oregon, Idaho, B.C., Alberta, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
In 2005 Jesse brought his unique cowboy style, to both Northern and Southern Ireland. In 2006 he completed a tour of all the Maritime provinces. Jesse has performed at numerous corporate and private functions, benefit concerts and Cowboy Gatherings being featured at such gatherings as Kamloops and Maple Creek. He has opened for Dwayne Steele, Jake Matthews and Sarah Evans. He has successfully competed at talent shows having won the "People's Choice Award" twice as well as an award for "Song Writing". Jesse plays the 6 and 12 string guitar, the Irish tin whistle, trumpet and the piano.
He has an amazing vocal range, but is best remembered for his deep, baritone voice. Jesse's vocal abilities are exceeded only by his gift to write music. Jesse sings original country and western compositions, as well as traditional country and old cowboy favorites.
After graduating from Cochrane High School, Jesse has enrolled in engineering at the University of Alberta.
Jesse has also been the sound technician for the World Famous Calgary Stampede Showriders for the past 8 years. In 2006 he joined the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves and is a proud member of the Calgary Highlanders.
Jesse lives in the foothills of the Rockies, on acreage, just outside Cochrane Alberta, with his parents, 7 horses and 2 dogs. He moved to Alberta from Moncton, N.B in 1999 at the age of 9.
In addition to his music and the army, Jesse loves riding and camping in the Rockies.
