Spicer comes by her last name honestly, she is a
dedicated food aficionado and home economist who has
been in the business of "good food" for over 20 years.
Sue owns and manages FOODbyDESIGN, and works closely
with manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, and
food-service providers to develop meaningful and
energetic consumer promotions.
FOODbyDESIGN showcases prepared and fresh
products across North America; implementing sampling
events, writing food / nutrition articles, developing
recipes for consumers and food service, testing
products, hosting cooking stage venues, facilitating
product seminars for retail and food-service
professionals, representing products at trade & consumer
shows, and listening to the marketplace!
Sue is a familiar face to Canadian TV, with regular
appearances for food segments, a skilled food stylist,
and food editor for Impact Magazine, Western Canada’s
best known health-and-fitness magazine.
