Also proficient in Ice, Fat
sculpting and enjoy competing in local food
competitions.

When I am not cooking, you can
find me drag racing at Race City with my hopped up
Mustang (fastest Chef in Calgary, thank you very
much...) or relaxing at my cottage with my family.

Thoughts on Alberta Beef:
"I first realized the beauty and
uniqueness of Alberta Beef when I was in France. I
had a craving for a steak and ordered a New York
medium rare and it came pan fried and not broiled.
This I could live with until I put a piece in my
mouth. My soul and taste buds sank. All it tasted
like was any old piece of meat. Certainly not
Alberta Beef. Upon coming home, I bought a l2oz
Alberta Beef New York, barbeque'd it up, sat in the
corner savored it happily and did not share. Don't
come near a feeding carnivore..."
